Drops, collisions, spills — the gap between a manufacturer warranty and the real world.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects. The real world delivers drops, collisions, liquid spills, and pets. Accidental damage protection is the bridge — and for home and demo environments, it's the coverage that actually gets used.
What matters: per-incident deductibles (low enough to actually file claims), claim frequency limits (two drops shouldn't void year three), and whether 'accidental' includes operator error during normal use — the most common scenario.
For fleets, accidental damage should be priced per unit with fleet-level deductibles. For homes, verify the plan covers the robot's actual environment — stairs, kitchens, and children aren't 'misuse,' they're Tuesday.
Extended plans aren't live yet. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when coverage launches — your request shapes what gets built.
Drops and collisions during demos, transport, and home use. If the plan excludes 'operator error during normal use,' it excludes the most common scenario.
