What extended coverage for the XPeng IRON should include — and how to request it when plans launch.
XPeng IRON is entering production — the ramp period when parts availability is most uncertain and early-operator risk is highest.
Production-ramp robots carry two risks: early hardware revisions with undiscovered failure modes, and thin parts pipelines. Coverage during ramp should emphasize parts availability guarantees.
As XPeng's automotive service network extends to IRON, expect OEM service agreements to lead. Third-party coverage becomes interesting only once the installed base is large enough to price risk — which takes years.
Early operators: establish a spares relationship with XPeng now. That's more valuable than any paper warranty during the ramp.

Not yet — that's why this page exists. Join the waitlist below and you'll be first to know when coverage launches. Your request also tells underwriters there's real demand for this model.
The guidance above describes what a good plan should include for this model — actuators, electronics, and the exclusions to watch. Final terms will come from the underwriting partners.
That's the goal — used buyers need coverage most. Eligibility would require a pre-coverage inspection, which our technician network at HumanoidTechnicians.com can perform.
